2 000 000th citizens has appealed to “ASAN service”
On the 24th of June, 2014 subordinated body of the State Agency for Public Service and Social innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan – “ASAN service” centers has received 2 000 000th appeal.
Baku “ASAN service” center No.1 started to operate on the 15th of January, 2013.
Today 6 “ASAN service” center are functioning throughout the country. 4 of those centers are run in Baku, 2 other centers operate in Sumgait and Ganja.
Furthermore, according to the instruction of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, buses equipped with necessary modern technology serve to citizens residing in the regions to ensure service delivery and to enable the population benefit from the services without visiting the centers in the regions where “ASAN service” centers have not been established. The services started to run from the 1st of June of 2013.
Mobile “ASAN service” are served 60 thousand people in 37 different regions during the last year. Mobile “ASAN service” is intended to function in 41 different regions till the December of this year.
Functions of “ASAN service” centers are based on the following principles: efficiency, transparency, ethical behavior, responsibility and comfort.
