Delegation of the Republic of Belarus at "ASAN service"

     A meeting was held between “Electronic Government Development Center” public legal entity subordinate to the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and "National Electronic Service Center" of the Republic of Belarus aimed to develop mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of public services, creation and development of e-government, electronic services and social innovation system.

     Delegation led by Andrei Anatoliyevich, director of the "National Electronic Service Center" of the Republic of Belarus got acquainted with "ASAN service" centers as well as electronization of the issuance of state services, visas, payments and licenses.

     Wide information about the activities and aims of establishment of "ASAN service" was delivered to the guests. There was emphasized, that with the establishment of "ASAN service" there have been achieved serious steps in the field of provision of efficient public administration through enhancing of transparency and application of innovations. In addition, the work of the State Agency in the field of electrification and its benefits to citizens were emphasized.

     It was noted that up to now, applications of 24 millionth citizen have been received. Additionally, it was drawn to attention that “ASAN service” received United Nations Public Service Award 2015.

     Presentations by various structural subdivisions of the State Agency were made to the guests.

     Delegation also familiarized with experience and work principles of “ASAN Kommunal”, "Electronic Government Portal", “ASAN Visa”, “ASAN Pay”, “ABAD” center, “ASAN Radio”, “ASAN” Education and Training center, “ASAN Wifi”, The Electronic Information System and Mobile ASAN service.
